Good communication is essential for building a strong and united
team. The Hospital Authority (HA) has established multiple

platforms for staff to express their opinions. The Head Offi ce

convenes regular meetings with staff representatives of all six Staff
Group Consultative Committees (SGCC) and Central Consultative
Committee to gauge views on prevailing policies and new initiatives,

in maintaining constant and direct communications between the

management and frontline staff.

良好的溝通是建立強大而團結隊伍的重要基礎。醫院管理局（醫管局）

提供多個渠道讓員工表達意見。其中醫管局總辦事處透過六個職員
協商委員會及中央協商委員會，讓員工代表參與現行政策及新措施的

討論，促進管理層與前線員工保持恒常溝通。
