總辦事處及醫院聯網工作匯報

HA Head Office (HAHO) aligns corporate values and
directions. It plays a strategic role in leading corporate
development and supporting hospital clusters through
interactive collaboration of seven divisions, namely
Cluster Services, Corporate Services, Finance, Human
Resources, Information Technology and Health
Informatics, Quality & Safety, and Strategy & Planning.
HAHO initiated some 140 corporate targets in 2015-16
under six strategic intents outlined in the HA Annual Plan.

醫 管 局 總 辦 事 處（總 辦 事 處 ）設 有 七 個 部 門， 包 括 聯 網 服 務
部、機構事務部、財務部、人力資源部、資訊科技及醫療信
息部、質素及安全部和策略發展部。總辦事處負責協調機構
價值和方向，並擔當策略角色，透過各部門的互動合作，
推動機構發展，並為醫院聯網提供支援。在 2015-16
年度，總辦事處根據醫管局工作計劃所訂六大策
略目標，推行約 140 項整體機構目標。
