Enhanced risk management was a major theme for
the Hospital Authority (HA) during 2014-15. We took
action to tackle major health risks posed by Ebola
virus disease, Middle East respiratory syndrome, avian
influenza and significant surge in demand for our
services during the winter influenza season. Despite
growing pressure on the organisation, we continued to
develop initiatives to effectively and efficiently deliver
high quality patient-centred care.
在 2014-15 年度，醫院管理局（醫管局）的工作重點
是加強風險管理。面對埃博拉（伊波拉）病毒病、中
東呼吸綜合症及禽流感等重大健康威脅，以及冬季
流感高峰期引致服務需求激增，我們籌謀對策，以
各種措施應付機構日增的壓力，確保維持高效率及
高效益的優質病人服務。
