Remuneration of key management personnel
Key management personnel are those persons having authority and
responsibility for planning, directing and controlling the activities of the
Group. It comprises the Chief Executive, Cluster Chief Executives,
Directors and other division heads of the Head Office.
Total remuneration of the key management personnel is shown below:

annual recurrent grants, capital subventions (note 19) and designated
