Opportunities for Non-locally Trained Nurses in HA

The Nurses Registration (Amendment) Bill 2023 was introduced into the Legislative Council by the HKSAR Government in December 2023 with the aim to create new pathways for admitting eligible non-locally trained nurses to address the shortage of nurses.

The Hospital Authority will actively facilitate the Government's policy and endeavor to attract qualified non-local trained nurses to work in Hong Kong through various channels, ensuring the provision of healthcare services and meeting the service demands of the public.

HA welcomes non-locally trained nurses to join our workforce to serve our community together and related recruitment information will be released shortly upon the passage of the Bill.
