Services not under HA’s Management / Cases not to be Handled by HA
The following services are not provided by HA. Please contact relevant parties should you wish to pursue your complaint regarding these issues:
- Private medical practitioners and private hospitals / institutions
- Outcome of application for Disability Allowance / Disabled Person's Parking Permit
- Outcome of Assessment of Loss of Earning Capacity
- Emergency Ambulance Service
- Services under Department of Health, such as chest clinics, dental clinics*, dermatological services, Maternal and Child Health Centre, etc
PCC shall not normally handle cases that fall outside its ambit (Please see
PCC Terms of Reference for details)
