Cholesterol is carried to every part of body by the lipoprotein in blood. There are different kinds of lipoprotein include:

    Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL)

    "bad" cholesterol

    * Culprit of vascular atherosclerosis

    High Density Lipoprotein (HDL)

    "good" cholesterol

    * Transport extra cholesterol back to our liver

Avoid:
pork brain
squid
viscera
fat meat
egg yolk
butter
whole milk

Encourage:
fiber-rich food, fruit, vegetables, beans

Moderate exercise can raise the plasma HDL.
