Opportunities for Non-locally Trained Nurses in HA

The Hospital Authority (HA), the statutory body managing public hospitals and related healthcare services in the vibrant city of Hong Kong,
welcomes non-locally trained nurses to join our workforce to serve our community together.
You can join us without a licensing examination via the Limited Registration and Special Registration pathways.

General Information
HA offers a generous employment package with up to 3 years renewable contract for Registered Nurse (General) under Limited / Special Registration. To be eligible for applying a job
at HA, you need to be registered under the law of a place outside Hong Kong as a
Registered Nurse in that place and hold a valid practicing certificate, with
at least one year full-time post-qualification clinical experience in a clinic or hospital.
To facilitate the recruitment process, please submit your application with
ALL of the following documents:
- Full resume
- Nursing graduation certificate
- Valid certificate to practise nursing from local registration authority

practising certificate or other equivalent documentary evidence of entitlement to practise nursing outside Hong Kong; AND
-
registration certificate or official document from local registration authority verifying your “date of initial registration

Documentary proof(s) of full-time post-qualification clinical experience issued and/or certified by your employer(s)

Documentary proof(s) of completion for post-qualification nursing training programme (if any)
Once you have submitted your application with ALL the required documents and if you are considered suitable for appointment, we will contact you for an interview within two months.
