HA Go

The Hospital Authority (HA) mobile application HA Go is a one-stop mobile platform designed to improve patient experience in the overall healthcare journey. It connects patients beyond hospital care and empowers them to manage their own health. With HA Go, one can check appointments made in HA hospitals or clinics, pay HA bills and drug charges, book appointment for general outpatient services and new case of specialist outpatient services, view medication and perform rehabilitation exercise following prescriptions. Patients can also download various mobile apps published by HA via HA Go.

Join HA

The Hospital Authority (HA) mobile application “Join HA” provides a one-stop mobile platform for the public to explore career opportunities in HA and apply for job openings easily via mobile devices. Users can receive notifications, such as interview notification.

JR Care

JR Care app provides useful information on joint replacement and allows patients to record the progress of their recovery and clinical staff to store up patients’ implant records. It features a series of educational videos both pre-operative and post-operative notes as well as a list of frequently asked questions, which patients can refer to anytime in case they have questions about their operations and recovery process.

(Note: Patients can download JR Care App via HA Go. The app is currently rolled out on a trial basis in the acute hospitals of New Territories East Cluster including Prince of Wales Hospital, Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital and North District Hospital.)

18 CM Clinics

"18 CM Clinics" mobile application provides a platform for patients to book episodic appointments for Government-subsidised Chinese Medicine Outpatient Services at one of the Chinese Medicine Clinics cum Training and Research Centres (CMCTRs), anytime and anywhere. With intuitive functions of the app, patients can manage booking arrangements effectively, access real-time collection status of medications as well as the information of each CMCTR. In addition, e-Payment function is available for certain services to settle outstanding amounts and enquiring payment records.

Stress Management DIY

"Stress Management DIY" developed by the Institute of Mental Health, Castle Peak Hospital aims to promote mental well being and to enhance people’s understanding of stress management. It allows you to know more about your own emotions and encourages positive thinking when facing stress in daily life. This application is in Traditional Chinese only.

Location Map

Location Map provides indoor navigation of hospitals, location-based notification and useful information on service and contacts of hospitals. (This app is currently providing information of Hong Kong Children’s Hospital, Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital.)

Hip Fracture

This app provides information on hip fracture care including "Understanding Hip Fracture", "Hip Fracture Care", "Training" and "Companion". Physiotherapists can also set notification in the app to remind users to follow the training programme based on settings in the app. Patients complete the exercises and record it in the app. Physiotherapists will then monitor patient’s status of training in the app.
(Note: This app is currently promoted in hospitals of New Territories East Cluster including Prince of Wales Hospital, Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital, Tai Po Hospital, North District Hospital and Shatin Hospital. The app is only available in Chinese.)

HK Blood

HK Blood mobile app is developed by the Hong Kong Red Cross Blood Transfusion Service to provide the latest news of blood donation and to make blood donation in Hong Kong easier than ever! With the HK Blood app, you can access your Donation Record, make Donation Appointment and receive the latest news on blood donation. Give blood and save life! Download now!

Stoma Care

The app provides information on stoma care, including "understand your stoma", "stoma care", "daily life" and "companion". Users can also enter personal stoma data and related information. In addition, users can set up reminders in the programme on personal care. The programme will issue automatic alerts according to the set-up.

BookHA

BookHA has been migrated into HA Go. Please download HA Go on App Store / Google Play to make Specialist Outpatient Clinic new case booking and experience more HA Go features.

PWH AE Aid

This mobile application provides introduction on the service and triage system of the Prince of Wales Hospital Accident & Emergency Department, current waiting status, and contacts of nearby clinics which are now in service. Patients and the public can make reference in choosing the suitable consultation channels.

NTEC easyGo

"PWH easyGo” has been upgraded to “NTEC easyGo”. Its aim is to help visitors and patients search for the routes to the buildings and facilities of the NTEC hospitals (ie, PWH, AHNH, NDH, TPH, BBH, SCH, SH) through mobile devices. Posters with QR code are displayed at various hospital entrances. By scanning the QR code with the app or manually selecting your current location and destination, the system will show you the relevant routes with photos.
