- Some drugs may appear in more than one category due to different formulations and/or indications.
- The "Special" drugs will be prescribed as clinically indicated based on the specified indications.
- Based on operational logistics and needs, individual cluster/hospital may only stock part of the drugs listed on the HA Drug Formulary.
