Hospital Authority Community Focus Group

The Hospital Authority (HA) values public opinions and suggestions. In a bid to continuously improve our service to meet the public's demand, we have been conducting "HA Community Focus Group". Citizens and community partners are invited to discuss and express their viewpoints on specific public healthcare issue.

For each focus group session, around 10 persons from the general public, randomly selected from the registration list of "HA Community Focus Group", will be invited to join the discussion. The following are some of the topics that we discussed:

• Inpatient services
• Specialist out-patient services
• Accident and emergency (A&E) services
