Administrative Services Department provides the following support services to facilitate the health professionals to provide the best health care services to our patients:
Scope of Service
| 1. Business Support Services |
| General Office: |

responsible for General Administrative duties; receipt and
dispatch of document, keeping patient's valuables and messenger services. |
| Community Relations Section: |
- |
responsible for Community Relations functions, coordinating visit to the hospital and donations from the public. |
| Hospital Foreman Office: |
- |
responsible for Estate Management, Domestic and Housekeeping, Carpark Control services. |
2. Procurement and Materials Management |
| Procurement Section: |
- |
responsible for sourcing, tendering procedures and purchasing equipment & materials. |
| Store: |
- |
responsible for issue of stock items, collection of used items, and inventory/asset control. |
| Uniform and Linen Room: |
- |
responsible for issue, exchange & laundering of uniform for staff and Linen Supply to wards & departments. |
3. Health Information and Records Management |
| Medical Records Office: |
- |
responsible for Patient Medical Records and systems management. |
