Administrative Services Department provides the following support services to facilitate the health professionals to provide the best health care services to our patients:

Scope of Service

1. Business Support Services
General Office: - responsible for General Administrative duties; receipt and dispatch of document, keeping patient's valuables and messenger services.
Community Relations Section: - responsible for Community Relations functions, coordinating visit to the hospital and donations from the public.
Hospital Foreman Office: - responsible for Estate Management, Domestic and Housekeeping, Carpark Control services.

2. Procurement and Materials
Management
Procurement Section: - responsible for sourcing, tendering procedures and purchasing equipment & materials.
Store: - responsible for issue of stock items, collection of used items, and inventory/asset control.
Uniform and Linen Room: - responsible for issue, exchange & laundering of uniform for staff and Linen Supply to wards & departments.

3. Health Information and Records Management
Medical Records Office: - responsible for Patient Medical Records and systems management.
