Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service

The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Service in Kwai Chung Hospital aims to serve young people under age of nineteen. Services include provision of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation for young people with mental, emotional, behavioural and developmental disturbances.We also provide liaison services and consultation to hospitals, schools and other child and adolescent health care agencies.

Scope of Services

1.	Yaumatei Child Psychiatric Center at Yaumatei Specialist Clinic provides out-patient and day care services.
2.	Kwai Chung Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Centre at Specialist Out-patient Clinic, Princess Margaret Hospital provides out-patient and day care services
3.	Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Ward at Kwai Chung Hospital provides in-patient service and day-hospital care.
